All Real Estate Agents are the Same
As I sit within a new group of people, I sometimes hesitate to tell people I'm a real estate agent because I know their first reaction will be a thought in their head that may look like this:
"Oh great. She's going to try to be my agent." OR
"Sure, she's being nice because she HAS to in order to gain my business." OR
"All she wants is my money."
True, being your agent would be fantastic, but when I'm meeting with you for the first time, that is not on my agenda. As much as I would love for you to hire me as your agent, I need to make sure you are the right client for me as well. For me, this relationship has to work both ways.
